Maplewood Senior Living is teaming up with Norwalk Hospital to build a hybrid facility in Norwalk, Conn., according to an article on the McKnight's Senior Living website.
The $100 million project will include an assisted living community, medical offices, a health center and a fitness center.
A total of 72,000 square feet of the 250,000-square-foot project will house the assisted living facility.
“Healthcare is moving into a space where you are going to see many interesting partnerships between different kinds of health entities,” Norwalk Hospital President and Western Connecticut Health Network Chief Strategy Officer Michael Daglio said in the article.
