Simon Roofing Earns ISO 9001 Quality Control Certification Company-wide

Simon Roofing, Simon Surfaces and SR Products, all Simon Solutions companies, have earned company-wide ISO 9001: 2008 quality-management certification.

The ISO 9001: 2008 certification is awarded to organizations that meet the rigorous criteria for assuring quality and continuous improvement in the products or services they provide their customers. Simon’s ISO certification covers the manufacturing, installation and service of high-quality, resistant coating formulations and materials for building, construction and specialty applications for their clients.

“Maintaining quality control is core to our company’s values,” said Michael Dohar, Simon Roofing chief operating officer. “Achieving ISO 9001 across our entire organization – from sales and service to installation and materials manufacturing – underscores our commitment to delivering the ultimate in customer satisfaction.”

“ISO has become just the way we do business every day with a focus on work processes and continuous improvement,” Dohar said.

Prior to this latest certification, Simon Roofing, a national manufacturer/installer and service provider of commercial roofing services, held ISO 9001 status for its manufacturing and call center operations.

Simon Roofing is the 11th largest national commercial roofing company in the U.S., servicing several industries through 64 service centers around the country.

Simon Surfaces provides commercial and industrial floor resurfacing, concrete repair and gas island foundation repair services.

SR Products manufactures advanced roof and floor coating products sold exclusively through Simon Roofing and Simon Surfaces.
