St. Elizabeth Healthcare is planning a multimillion-dollar medical office building in Greendale, Ind., according to an article on the Cincinnati Business Courier website.
It will offer expanded primary care and urgent care services as well as medical specialties.
Two years ago, St. Elizabeth had anticipated construction of a 75,000-square-foot medical office building at the site, which would have included a surgery center.
Instead, they are designing and constructing the building with some unfinished shell space that will allow for future growth.
