According to Campus Safety's latest survey healthcare campuses are embracing access control and lockdown solutions, according to an article on the Campus Safety website.
Nearly nine in 10 respondents to the CS 2019 Access Control and Lockdown Survey say they have adopted new or improved lockdown/shelter-in-place policies and procedures in the past two years and/or are considering doing so in the next two years.
Respondents came from schools, colleges and healthcare facilities
Overall, 85 percent of respondents say they have purchased and/or are considering purchases of this type of solution.
