Sutherland named high performer in Horses for Sources' Population Health and Care Management Business Services Blueprint

Sutherland Healthcare Solutions (SHS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sutherland Global Services, was ranked as a high performer by leading analyst firm Horses for Sources (HfS) in their Blueprint for Population Health and Care Management Business Services.

The report, which was written by HfS analyst Barbra McGann, mentions how SHS combines a patient registry with the proprietary smartHealthConnect platform to provide data aggregation, analytics and intelligence sharing for accountable care organizations (ACOs). The report also gave high praise for Sutherland's quality dialogue and delivery to current clients.

"As healthcare moves toward a population health and care management model, we've been working hard to build these capabilities for ACOs, providers, and payers," SHS Head of Innovation Hari Velayudhan said.

"We are excited that an analyst like Barbra and a firm like Horses for Sources recognize the uniqueness of Sutherland's approach and the value we bring to the healthcare industry in delivering better, more affordable care to their patients."

The report references other Sutherland strengths including clear focus and direction with providers, "top notch" professionalism, and ability to apply design thinking through the Sutherland Labs.
