T&S Brass revamps website

Commercial plumbing and foodservice products manufacturer T&S Brass and Bronze Works has redesigned and expanded its website to provide more detailed product information for its customers and a more comprehensive, user-friendly experience.

“We’ve been eager to do a redesign for some time now,” says E-Marketing Manager Patti Bishop, “but we wanted it to coincide with several other technology upgrades. Data now pulls directly from our ERP system to provide the most current product information available, and the site uploads easily and quickly to all mobile devices. Our users in the field will greatly benefit from the responsiveness of the site on their tablets or smart phones.”

Besides a completely new look and feel that puts T&S products front and center on the website’s home page, the redesign has added:

A more comprehensive product locator that allows users to navigate a series of product categories and select product attributes to find an offering of products to meet their application

Extensive product images, spec drawings, parts explosions, installation instructions and Revit files, as well as the ability to email product information directly from the site

Sustainability-focused tools such as LEED FAQs and water savings calculators

Detailed information about the company’s international presence and products

An expanded offering of regional contacts and representatives

“We will continue to add new elements to the website,” reports Bishop. “In particular, we are excited about the chat feature that will soon be available. This new communication channel will allow customers to interact with our knowledgeable customer service team in an entirely new way. That’s something we’re really looking forward to.”
