Becker's Healthcare has released its list of "150 Top Places to Work in Healthcare | 2018", which highlights hospitals, health systems and healthcare companies that promote diversity within the workforce, employee engagement and professional growth.

The organizations featured offer benefits and opportunities for employees to build successful careers above and beyond the average healthcare provider or company.

In addition to providing a competitive benefits and vacation package, many members of this list support volunteerism and organize community outreach activities.

Top hospitals, health systems and medical groups include Adventist Health System (Altamonte Springs, Fla.); Advocate Health Care (Downers Grove, Ill.); Agnesian HealthCare (Fond du Lac, Wis.) and Anna Jacques Hospital (Newburyport, Mass.).
