Trade Press Launches fnPrime - New Membership Program to Provide Timely Content, Advice and Education to Profession

Membership program now available for facility professionals worldwide

The facility management industry is facing unprecedented challenges. Increasing demands from building owners and occupants, the introduction of new technologies, an aging workforce and now a pandemic has disrupted the management of buildings nationwide. Facility professionals struggle to keep current and ensure that their buildings remain safe, efficient and profitable.

"We recognized a pressing need in the industry for timely content, advice and education," said Dan Weltin, Editor-in-Chief for the Facility Market at Trade Press Media Group. "As a result, we developed a new membership program for the entire facilities profession including facility managers, engineering managers, maintenance managers, property managers, construction managers, everyone that is involved in the built environment."

"fnPrime is a membership program that we created as an all-in-one resource to help facilities professionals keep current and advance their career. It provides the support and resources they need on a daily basis", said Weltin. "Our goal is to provide the knowledge and education facilities professionals need to maximize the functionality and productivity of their facilities."

The new fnPrime membership program is now available. The membership program is sold on a subscription basis — $199 for 12 months. This gives facility professionals unlimited access to 45+ educational videos, four Power Lunch Webcasts, seven eBooks on top challenges and trends, a discount on the ProFM credential program and more. New content and resources will be added every month. Upcoming additions include help with recruiting and managing staff, product evaluation guides, an FM law answer book and much more.

In addition, fnPrime members enjoy VIP treatment and discounts at the National Facilities Management and Technology (NFMT) shows. "Our goal is to make the NFMT show experience as memorable as possible," said Amy Brown, Director of Events and Education at Trade Press Media Group. "fnPrime members get the red-carpet treatment with such perks as presentation handouts before the show, early check-in at the show, $20 in food and drink coupons to use and a VIP lounge in the expo hall," said Brown.
