Walmart says its Walmart Health center in Dallas, Ga., goes further and is the first of its kind to put a range of services all in one place outside of a traditional healthcare facility, according to an article on the USA Today website.
The Walmart health center offers:
- Primary care
- Urgent care
- Lab testing
- X-rays and X-ray diagnostics
- EKG tests
- Counseling

Current in-store quick care facilities don't have the capability to do blood tests or labs in-house.
