Walmart parking lot 'town centers' to include health clinics

The centers will also include restaurants, bowling alleys, food trucks, fuel stations and more

Walmart is planning to transform extra parking lot space into "town centers" in several states, according to an article on the Business Insider website.

The centers will include restaurants, health clinics, bowling alleys, food trucks, fuel stations and more.

Walmarts might start to resemble open-air malls surrounded by chains like Shake Shack, Chipotle and Orangetheory Fitness, the article said.
