Willapa Harbor Hospital Acquires Property for Future Upgraded Hospital

The future hospital will be located on a 20-acre property.

By HFT Staff

Willapa Harbor Hospital has acquired a 20-acre property for the future construction of an upgraded hospital. Their goal is to build a facility that offers medical services that are currently unavailable in the area and that would modernize them.

Through building a new facility on a separate and bigger site, it is anticipated that maintaining operations during construction, saving money and building facilities will meet the current and future needs of the Willapa Harbor area.

The hospital CEO and Board of Commissioners will work with community members to gather input regarding what the public would like to see built into any new facilities.
