Winston Medical Center wins two Mississippi Hospital Association Maggie Awards

Winston Medical Center has been awarded two Maggie Awards for Best Website and Best Social Media Advertising. The 31st Annual Maggie Awards, presented by the Mississippi Hospital Association (MHA), recognize excellence in the field of health care marketing and public relations. The MHA received over 100 entries, which were judged by a panel of professionals from outside Mississippi who reviewed and selected the Maggie Award winners.

“These awards are a testament to Winston Medical Center’s outstanding patient care. We’re so proud of this honor and can’t thank our employees and community enough,” said Brandi Krajewski, Marketing and Public Relations Director, Winston Medical Center. “We are excited to receive this award and look forward to our future.”

Winston Medical Center received the award for Best Website based on the site’s mobile-friendly, responsive, custom WordPress framework, optimized for search engine results. It was also awarded for its in-depth content and news, as well as ability to ensure visitors are given the most current information.

The hospital also received a Maggie Award for Best Social Media Advertising, in which video testimonials were used to tell the hospital’s story, as well as showcase the impact that Winston Medical Center has on the community of Louisville.
