A new Yelp-style app, VA Review, lets veterans rate healthcare facilities, according to an article on the FedScoop website.

Confusing facility layouts, poor staffing, excessive wait times are some of the issues addressed in the reviews.

Common complaints also include dirty bathrooms, inattention to patients, a general disorganization and incidents of charged staff confrontations.

VAReview.net also also helps users to find medical facilities through search, via an interactive map or by letting VA Review geolocate a user and find what’s nearby.
