Yelp-style app lets veterans rate healthcare facilities

Confusing facility layouts, poor staffing, excessive wait times are some of the issues addressed in the reviews

A new Yelp-style app, VA Review, lets veterans rate healthcare facilities, according to an article on the FedScoop website.

Common complaints also include dirty bathrooms, inattention to patients, a general disorganization and incidents of charged staff confrontations.

VAReview.net also also helps users to find medical facilities through search, via an interactive map or by letting VA Review geolocate a user and find what’s nearby.
