Restraining order issued in Texas hospital explosion

Attorneys say order needed to preserve evidence

An attorney for one of the victims in the Coryell County Memorial Hospital explosion obtained a restraining order to preserve evidence, according to an article on the WFMY News website.

The order requests "access to the explosion site for the purpose of inspecting, measuring, surveying, photographing and examining the evidence as appropriate in advance of bringing claims related to the catastrophe."

Adolfson & Peterson, a general contractor that subcontracted Lochridge-Priest to do electrical work, and Atmos Energy are the subjects of the restraining order.

Coryell in Gatesville, Texas, has started accepting patients again.
