Healthcare Facilities Today is always interested in publishing articles written by industry experts — facility managers, engineers, consultants, or interior designers — who wish to share their expertise and experience with healthcare facility professionals.
The editorial content of HFT deals specifically with the design, construction, maintenance and operations of healthcare facilities (hospitals, laboratories, long-term care, out-patient clinics, nursing homes or assisted living facilities).
Our mission is to provide timely information and industry insights to healthcare facility professionals to aid them in their ongoing duties.
To that end, we are particularly interested in publishing stories that identify current trends, report industry news, or offer solutions to challenges that our readers face.
Please note that we do not accept articles from product manufacturers or software designers. If manufacturers would like to contribute, we will accept case studies and product releases (see below). There is also the opportunity to contribute through our Branded Features advertising program. Please contact your sales rep for more information.
Guidelines for article submission
Proposal: Before you submit a completed article to HFT for consideration, we ask that you please provide a brief (300 words or fewer) synopsis of the topic you propose to cover in the article. Proposals can be emailed to Dan Hounsell, senior editor, at dan.hounsell@tradepressmedia.com.
Published articles will be subject to editorial review and discretion, and will be exclusive to Healthcare Facilities Today. Generally, articles should be 1,200 words or fewer.
Guidelines for product submission
We are eager to hear from manufacturers about new products and product improvements, as well as case studies in which a specific product was used to resolve a challenge for a healthcare client. Photos are required for all product submissions and strongly recommended for case studies. They should be 300 dpi and should be submitted in a .JPEG format.
