BRAVO! Group Services Achieves Six-Time Winner Status for Industry’s BSCAI Safety Award

BRAVO! Group Services, has been awarded the prestigious 2016 Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) Safety Award for Class D (large employer).  This recognition marks the unprecedented sixth time BRAVO! has won this award within the last eight years.

“We continue to focus on safety, making it an important KPI,” stated Frank Wardzinski, BRAVO! Chief Operating Officer.  “Our unwavering commitment to supporting employee/public safety is embedded in our corporate culture. A special thanks to Kathy Trivino, BRAVO!’s Director of Safety & Training, who works every day with our front-line Supervisors, Regional Managers, Site Managers, and Directors to reinforce our commitment.  Our company has been growing every year, yet our team has remained clearly focused on our safety objectives.  It is something of which we are very proud,” he continued.

In 2007, to promote its safety-first initiative, BRAVO! reinvested in its safety & training programs, which included hiring our Director of Safety & Training, undergoing a third-party audit of our policies and procedures, and establishing a Safety Committee.  BRAVO! continues to expand this program and has added a new Safety & Training Manager position to the team.  The company proudly recognizes employees with a “Safety Stars” award program, distinguishing colleagues who exemplify the BRAVO! safety credo.

"We are extremely proud of our team members, whose steadfast commitment made it possible for BRAVO! to win this 2016 BSCAI Safety Award,” said Kathy Trivino, Director of Safety & Training.  “Every employee is empowered to make their job a safer one.  We are extremely grateful for our exceptional team and suppliers who are always thinking about and working to improve safety as we strive towards zero accidents and lost time,” she continued. www.bravogroupservices.com.
