Froedtert Hospital and the Medical College of Wisconsin get naming rights to Milwaukee Bucks training facility


The Milwaukee Bucks and Froedtert Hospital & the Medical College of Wisconsin are building a healthcare facility in downtown Milwaukee, according to an article on the WISN website.

A 37,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art health center, run by Froedtert, will provide primary care, orthopedics, sports medicine and some specialty care. 

As part of the deal, Froedtert gets naming rights to the Bucks' training facility. The Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Sports Science Center will be attached to the Bucks' new arena.

Both facilities are expected to open in the fall of 2017. The Bucks Arena will open the following year. The two new facilities have a pricetag of $30 million, which the Bucks are going to cover.
