CACI to provide healthcare facilities support to Air Force Medical Support Agency


ARLINGTON, Va.- CACI International Inc (NYSE:CACI) announced recently that it has received a prime contract to provide healthcare facilities support to the Air Force Medical Support Agency's (AFMSA) Health Facilities Division. With a value of $26.6 million, this three-year (one base year plus two one-year options) task order contract was awarded under three schedules CACI holds with the General Services Administration. It represents continuing work for CACI and reinforces the company's presence in its Healthcare market.

As part of the Air Force Medical Service, the AFMSA Health Facilities Division manages the Air Force's 17 million square feet of healthcare facilities worldwide. CACI will assist AFMSA in the planning, programming, design, and execution of sustainment, restoration, and modernization efforts at 72 Air Force Medical Treatment Facilities. This work includes providing technical and functional design guidance for major building systems, managing program financials, and analyzing and evaluating maintenance contracts. CACI's subject-matter experts will also advise facilities regarding national healthcare standards in order to promote a positive care environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
