CQuence Health Group awarded 'Best Place to Work in Healthcare' by Modern Healthcare for second consecutive year

Omaha, NE – For the second year in a row, CQuence Health Group has been named one of the 100 “Best Places to Work in Healthcare” in the United States by Modern Healthcare magazine and Best Companies Group.

Each year, this awards program recognizes outstanding organizations in the health care industry that empower employees to perform at their optimum level. Recipients are selected based on an in-depth review of policies, procedures, benefits and employee feedback. Specific rankings will be announced at an awards gala on October 23 in Chicago.

“I can’t tell you how proud I am that our outstanding culture at CQuence is being recognized by Modern Healthcare once again,” said CQuence President and CEO Mike Cassling. “It’s all due to the engagement of our employees. We strive to help them reach professional and personal goals through creative programs, benefits, continuing education and recognition of excellent work, and they are always up to the challenge.”

CQuence’s innovative wellness program is an example of its unique culture. It addresses the mind, body and soul with the goal of driving behavior change not just of employees, but also of their families. Just a few of the wellness program’s offerings include an onsite gym with fitness classes, healthy snacks provided free of charge, a subsidy for wellness activities and purchases and quarterly wellness incentives and prizes.
