One of the challenges when building the University of Delaware’s Health Sciences Complex at the site of a former automotive and U.S. military tank assembly plant in Newark was reusing a portion of the original assembly facility, according to an article and photo tour on the Healthcare Design website. The wellness facility offers healthcare, education, research, and physical therapy under one roof to students, staff and the public.
