EIR will be leveraging McKissack for their specialized knowledge of project construction management, using their centuries-old legacy to deliver premium customer service, as well as vast experience providing a wide range of services to government agencies, municipalities, private institutions, and more. McKissack will be applying EIR's patented modular technology to up level its construction projects, allowing for more integration of advanced technology, all while vastly improving efficiencies in cost and timelines.

It should be noted that in addition to landmark projects in NYC, McKissack was the construction manager of the iconic $500M University of Pennsylvania Center for Advanced Medicine which Dean R. Robateau the current S.V.P. of Strategic Development was selected by Cheryl McKissack as the Project Manager.
