Falcon enters strategic partnership with Carnegie, offers new upholstery patterns

Falcon Products, a manufacturer of table and seating solutions, has formed a strategic partnership with Carnegie to increase the number of high-design fabric options available to clients. This alliance brings together the modular seating and booth products of Falcon with the vibrant, high performance textiles of Carnegie, to provide products that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional for a variety of settings.

This partnership spans three brands in the CFGroup portfolio, including Falcon Products, Shelby Williams, and Thonet.

“Falcon takes a solutions-focused approach to manufacturing new products, as well as the fabrics we grade in,” said Steve Cohen, corporate vice president of sales. “Not only will we offer more high-end fabric choices, but our clients will have peace of mind knowing their furniture will have a distinguished style without compromising its longevity for high-use areas.”

“Creative development is at the core of Carnegie and we are excited to partner with a company that has high expectations for its products and the level of service offered to clients,” said Jennifer Lampani Karel, director of creative partnerships, Carnegie.

Six patterns will be included in the initial partnership, including:

Anchor—Representing origami sailing vessels that symbolize a journey in Japanese culture, the small scale geometric pattern is expertly colored with a fresh and sophisticated palette.

Edge—A high performance, high quality polyurethane with intense color and just a hint of metallic. The deeply embossed surface gives a modern, cutting edge aesthetic to any furniture piece.

Herald—Carnegie’s take on the iconic “zig-zag” pattern made famous in the Art Deco era. Strong enough to make a statement, but flexible enough to be a coordinate, its soft dry hand lends a natural texture to the graphic pattern.

Maxwell Street—An innovative take on the traditional tapestry technique, as its structure allows for color crispness and clarity. Clusters of hexagons in beautiful color combinations contrast with a silvery background to create layouts that are organic and geometric at the same time.

Camden—A retro-chic pattern, featuring geometric shapes and changing color combinations that evoke cherished memories from our past.

Fresco—Inspired by one of the most intricate Renaissance painting techniques, Fresco features painterly texture that transcends time. High performance abrasion with Nanotex finish.

Additional Carnegie patterns can be requested for Falcon booths and modular seating that are customized for client specifications.
