Hospitals are trying to make the workplace better to reduce clinician burnout, according to an article on the Stat News website.

At Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, administrators created a “reset room” where employees can take a moment to themselves or take a quick nap.

Once a vacant office space, the room creates a calming ambiance with LED lights, flameless candles and a sound machine. 

At MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, physicians and nurses can visit a prayer labyrinth to recover from a stressful episode in the facility.
