More than 30 new violations were found at UnityPoint Health - Meriter in Madison, Wis., following child abuse allegations in the hospital’s newborn intensive care unit, according to an article on the NBC15 website.

The report released by the Department of Health and Human Services Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services did not include deficiencies involving known harm to patients.
