By Healthcare Facilities Today

Redmond, WA — ICONICS, a Microsoft Sustainability Partner of the Year, a Gold Certified Partner and provider of Web-enabled, BACnet, Visualization and Building Intelligence software for Microsoft Windows® operating systems, announces the release of AnalytiX® products; Energy AnalytiX®, Facility AnalytiX® and Quality AnalytiX®. The AnalytiX suite is flexible enough to apply to any monitoring application, simple to configure and deploy and extends the life of existing assets by connecting to and modernizing existing systems and equipment. AnalytiX v10.8 helps customers reduce energy costs, cut consumption, curtail carbon emissions and significantly streamline facilities maintenance.

The Energy AnalytiX solution is making a prominent impact in energy and facilities management, within some of the largest building and real estate portfolios in the world. Customers on average save between 6 to 10% in annual energy costs with an ROI of less than 18 months. Best of all, this is done entirely on existing networks with existing equipment so there’s no need for costly retrofits. Energy AnalytiX is an off-the-shelf Energy Management Solution that focuses on energy data analysis to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs. It assists with improving energy usage patterns, monitoring energy reliability, and forecasting energy consumption through rich, browser-independent visualization on any device.

Facility AnalytiX is a predictive equipment diagnostic solution that uses ICONICS’ advanced Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD) technology to analyze information to detect and predict faults in equipment. It uses powerful S95 asset technology and incorporates algorithms that weigh the probability of faults and advises management, operators and maintenance personnel of actions to prevent equipment failures or excessive use of energy. Its unique fault viewer quickly identifies the most costly faults to reduce downtime and engineering.

The AnalytiX suite is built upon ICONICS universal connectivity which, via a wide range of industrial and IT open standards, can easily connect to your equipment and systems to immediately drive improvements. Within AnalytiX, Quality AnalytiX utilizes ICONICS Hyper Historian™, a high performance mission critical plant data historian, to support large enterprise-wide quality programs and create detailed quality reports. AnalytiX also provides insight into performance and tracking to corporate objectives for energy consumption and cost, confirmation of asset performance and service contract performance.

John Richards, Senior Director of Windows App Marketing at Microsoft says, “ICONICS has proven that Windows 8 delivers the responsiveness and robustness needed for critical building and utility operation. Building operators and supervisors no longer need to be tethered to the control room, and real estate executives are now virtually a touch away from real-time operations performance KPIs, independent of their travel schedules.”

With its flexible and scalable architecture, ICONICS AnalytiX suite composes a powerful addition to any enterprise application to increase efficiency and reduce overall operational costs.
