Magnetek to debut space-saving Quattro AC Elevator Drive at NAEC 64th Annual Convention

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. – Magnetek, Inc. will be exhibiting at the National Association of Elevator Contractors’ (NAEC) 64th Annual Convention & Exposition at the Tampa Marriott Waterside & Tampa Convention Center in Tampa, FL, Sept. 22-26, 2013. On display will be Magnetek’s newest elevator drive, the space-saving Quattro® AC, in addition to the HPV® 900 Series 2, L1000A, DSD® 412, and Regen AC drives.

The new Quattro AC clean power drive is designed to meet today’s growing need for green building solutions. The innovative drive comes in an evolutionary new compact design that takes up less than 1/4 the space of the standard Quattro AC drive and includes integrated regeneration and voltage boost for improved acceleration.  AC Quattro has been extended to new lower current ratings to better meet the needs of the modernization market, while providing you with time tested control.

Visitors can learn about Magnetek’s latest drive innovations, meet with industry experts, and explore the Company’s Energy Savings Calculator at booth 1104. In addition, Mark Borski, Magnetek Product Manager, will be presenting a training session at the conference designed to provide an overview of the hazards of working with electricity and the basics of electrical safety.

As the largest North American exposition devoted exclusively to the needs of the elevator, escalator, and people mover industry, the NAEC Convention & Exposition focuses on the latest trends, technology, and products in the industry.
