Mayo clinic cafe gets rave reviews

Fans include staff, patients and area residents


The Harvest Cafe at Mayo Clinic Health System in Fairmont, Minn., is getting rave reviews after changing its look and menu, according to an article on the Fairmont Sentinel website.

Fans Mayo staff, patients and area residents who have discovered an economical place to dine.

The cafeteria got a new paint job and a redesigned service line for increased productivity. 

One of the first changes was the addition of a salad bar and weekday specialties. The Wednesday morning omelet bar, for instance, draws about 50 people each week.
