Nora Lighting introduces Diamond II series LED downlights with enhanced features

By Healthcare Facilities Today

COMMERCE, CA - Nora Lighting has introduced the Diamond II Series, the next generation of its popular LED retrofit downlights with a number of enhanced features.

Among the many new updates is a standard 700 lumen level in all 4”, 5”, 6” and 6” adjustable models for improved visual comfort, along with a deep-set 2” diameter light source for uniform appearance and lower aperture brightness. All Diamond Series II fixtures are cULus wet label listed and Energy Star approved.

Models also feature a Cree LED ceramic platform for consistent light output and can be dimmed to 10 percent with a standard incandescent dimmer.  The fixtures are available in 2700K, 3000K and 4000K at 82 CRI.

Nora’s Diamond II Series can be installed in retrofit, new construction and remodeled LED downlight applications. The series is popular in both commercial and residential applications.

A designer collection of styles is offered, including reflector, baffle, decorative glass, and 4” square and 6” adjustable trims. A choice of seven finishes is available: specular black, bronze, copper, specular clear, haze, natural metal and white. Decorative glass options can also be specified with blue glass, clear or frosted grass with clear or frosted center.

Nora Lighting has been at the forefront in the development and introduction of LED fixtures. The line has expanded to include: LED dedicated and retrofit downlights; LED track and rail fixtures; LED edge-lit panels; LED MLS (multi-lighting systems); LED linear and undercabinet lightbars; LED puck lights; LED high-output and RGB tape lights; LED pendants; LED step lights; and LED emergency / exit signs.
