Most healthcare facility food is moving from high-fat to healthy, but not all menus are created equal for Michigan's 130 hospitals, according to an article on the Crain's Detroit Business website.

Despite a new food court with multiple healthy choices, Detroit Medical Center's Harper Hospital still has a Wendy's franchise.

Wendy's is one of several fast-food chains discouraged by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, an organization that frequently criticizes hospital food.

Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit dropped Little Caesars several years ago, but still has Subway.
