A new book by the Nursing Institute for Healthcare Design and Herman Miller Healthcare offers nurses' perspectives on healthcare design, according to Health Facilities Management.

"Nurses as Leaders in Healthcare Design: A Resource for Nurses and Interprofessional Partners"  is dedicated to helping leaders tap into one of the most unrealized resources in the planning and design of clinical environments: the nurses. 

It focuses on clinicians' roles in designing healthcare environments to optimize outcomes.
