Pella Supports Local Contractor and School with New Tools of the Trade

A remodeling business and the vocational-technical schools in Union, New Jersey, received some unexpected news and support from their friends at Pella, a leading manufacturer and designer of windows and doors for homes and commercial buildings.

In January, Chris Fontana and Vic Fiore, the co-owners of Magnolia Home Remodeling Group, were surprised by Pella with:

    • A new 10-foot utility trailer
    • A $1,500 gift card to fill the trailer with the tools their business needs
    • A $500 donation to the Union County Vocational-Technical Schools to support future builders and contractors.

“Amazed! That’s what I am,” exclaimed Vic Fiore from Magnolia Home Remodeling Group.  “Scott, our Pella sales representative, is a great guy to work with. And now because of that relationship we have a brand-new trailer!”

In October and November of 2016, prizes were awarded as part of a nationwide campaign to share the valuable services and quality windows and doors Pella offers to help contractors grow their businesses. “Pella has had a long-standing relationship with the building industry, and the campaign helped reinforce the services we provide to save contractors time, plus our expertly engineered and tested products,” said Joe Hammond, senior strategic residential marketing manager, Pella Corporation.

Magnolia Home Remodeling Group was entered into the drawing by Scott Santos, their trade sales representative from Pella Windows and Doors in West Caldwell, New Jersey. Magnolia Home Remodeling was drawn at random from more than 1,200 entries.

“Magnolia Home Remodeling is known for their attention to detail and quality work,” said Santos. ”And it is an honor to recognize them and help them do more of what they do best.”

“Every successful business needs the right tools to get the job done, and every little bit counts when supporting local companies and schools,” added Chris Fontana of Magnolia. “We can’t thank Pella enough for supporting future builders with the donation to the local school and recognizing our partnership as a local contractor.”
