But resilient design is also about how the design holds up and functions in the long-term. 

Resilient design also can provide exceptional patient experiences. 

Part of resilient design focuses on incorporating natural light and green spaces. These can affect how the staff functions. If they're more energized and have natural spaces to recoup and regenerate themselves, you may see improved productivity.
