Sunburst adds to solid line-up with Trifecta solid enzyme laundry detergent

Sunburst Chemicals introduces Trifecta, a revolutionary solid detergent for institutional laundering. Trifecta is specially formulated for effectively washing athletic (and other) uniforms without damaging fabric or transferring color, and is versatile for use on other linens. Trifecta’s special enzyme fortified formula is powerful enough to clean ground-in clay, grass, and blood stains and tough odors from uniforms – even at the low (90-110°F) temperatures recommended by uniform manufacturers. Trifecta works effectively in soft or hard water conditions.

Trifecta is just one of many products in Sunburst’s growing family of solid products. The Minneapolis-based company has been at the forefront of bringing environmentally friendlier solid formulations to the industry since introducing their solid detergent, Performance in 1982. Sunburst’s solid products offer our customers numerous important benefits:

• Improved safety: Solids cannot be spilled, splashed or mixed by hand, reducing risk of employee contact and mixing errors.

• Increased concentration & performance: Solids contain the highest percentage of active ingredients available, so the product takes up less shelf space, costs less to ship and delivers more cleaning power per dollar.

• Lower costs: Sunburst’s solid dispensing system controls usage, reducing or eliminating waste. Reduced storage, freight and handling costs also help to reduce costs as does its long shelf life.

• Safe for the environment: Sunburst’s non-caustic solid formulas are gentle on linens, people and the environment. Unlike liquid products, solids leave behind no chemical residue so Sunburst’s empty solid containers are as easy to recycle as a plastic milk jug, significantly reducing landfill space.
