The NoliWhite Group names Brad Durham as project executive

Officials with The NoliWhite Group (www.nwgpm.com), an industry leader in healthcare project management, announced today that Brad Durham has joined the firm to continue supporting its growing portfolio of clients. Durham, who joins the firm as a Project Executive, has focused on healthcare construction and real estate development for the past two decades.

With The NoliWhite Group, Durham will support the firm as it manages the expansion of several large hospital networks. The scope of Durham’s past projects range from facility expansion towers to campus development plans to full replacement hospitals, with experience in individual program budgets exceeding $400 million. In his previous work with clients such as Children’s of Alabama, Baptist Heath Kentucky, and Cox Medical Center in Missouri, Durham has directed all phases of project management including procurement/contracting, initiation, planning, execution, and closeout phases.

“I’m both excited and honored to be joining such a well-respected, growing company in the healthcare program management industry,” Durham said. “Over my 20-years career in this field, I’ve developed a keen sense of how to best help clients define and achieve their project goals, and I look forward to leveraging my experience to assist The NoliWhite Group in serving both existing and future clients.”

Throughout his career, Durham has prioritized the quality and risk management aspects of each project, specifically identifying complex risks and developing and implementing action plans to reduce or eliminate those potential obstacles.

“We’re delighted to add a seasoned healthcare project manager to our growing team,” said Mike Noli, co-founder of the firm. “Brad brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will only grow more and more valuable to our clients as the healthcare industry continues to see increased transformation and new, creative approaches to capital projects.”

Durham is a graduate of the University of Alabama, with both undergraduate and MBA degrees.
