UVC Light decontamination manufacturer Spectra254 adds healthcare industry specialist to its growing sales force


Spectra254, a provider of UVC light disinfection solutions, has hired healthcare device industry specialist Kyle M. McFarlane as its northwestern regional sales manager, covering Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington and Wyoming.

At Spectra254, McFarlane will be responsible for all commercial activities within his region. He joins a growing staff of sales managers within Spectra254, all of who were recently added to provide complete sales support to healthcare clients and distribution partners throughout North America.

McFarlane has 10 years of previous experience in healthcare device sales and management, most recently working as a regional distribution manager for Accriva Diagnostics, a provider of diagnostic devices. While at Accriva Diagnostics, he managed an $8 million sales territory, oversaw the coordination of training for distribution partners and also developed new distribution relationships. 

“Kyle’s success in diagnostic and ambulatory care medical devices makes him a perfect fit for Spectra254’s talented regional sales team,” said Dennis Boyle, Spectra254’s President. “The ability to form and keep good relationships is the key to success in business, and Kyle has a proven track record of developing and maintaining positive relationships with both distributors and healthcare facilities.”

Prior to his position with Accriva Diagnostics, McFarlane was Cardinal Health’s regional sales manager for ambulatory care in the northwest region, a $24 million sales region for the company. He also has experience as an ambulatory care lab manager and in ambulatory care device sales, with Cardinal Health.
