boomer bnb announces the release of its speciality software


San Diego, Calif.-based boomer bnb (bmrbnb.com) announces the release of its speciality software, custom designed to cater to the senior living and healthcare facility industries. Unlike large-scale property management systems, boomer bnb designed software that assists senior living companies, healthcare facilities and universities in operating there small scale (1-5 rooms or properties) short-term stay operations.

The software's main components are:

1. Custom designed front end “micro” booking/scheduling site that matches the facilities branded image.

2. Operations dashboard for managing the programs housekeeping alert functionality, revenue and expense reporting, automated communication systems, occupancy information and promotional code functionality for booking and tracking free of charge stays.

Currently, there are over 25,000 senior living facilities in the United States. The majority of these facilities offer short-term “trial” stays to potential residents, in addition to renting out apartments for short-term visits with residents family members and friends.

“We were meticulous in designing a product we knew would solve a problem the facilities are dealing with on a day to day basis with regards to their small scale (1-5 room) short-term stay operations,” said founder boomer bnb’s founder Ray Costello.
