Dozens of swastikas found in Long Beach hospital stairwell

Nurses at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center ask for more security

Nurses at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center RE asking for more security after they found dozens of swastikas on the walls of a stairwell, according to an article on the Press Telegram website.

Someone drew swastikas in an employee stairwell in the western wing of the N.Y. hospital at least three times over the last two months.

Hospital officials say they’re looking at installing cameras and increasing other security measures to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

The first swastikas appeared to be drawn on the white walls with  a fine-tipped pen. Three days later, there were even more swastikas scrawled across the walls. The hospitals painted over them, but in less than two weeks, they were back.
