Children’s Healthcare facility will be the most expensive ever built in state


A modern new project is taking the place of a retro hotel and is rising as part of a huge Georgia healthcare campus, according to an article on the Curbed Atlanta website.

Children’s Healthcare is building what will be the most expensive healthcare facility ever constructed in the state.

The building is a small part of an eventual 45-acre campus. The hospital intends to build for demand anticipated over the next two decades.

Just across the street, Emory University and the Atlanta Hawks are working to construct a shared sports medicine facility.
