Millennials and the Affordable Care Act are changing healthcare real estate, according to an article on the CRE.Tech website.

Clineeds, a free online platform designed to connect commercial brokers with healthcare professionals looking for office space, recently conducted a survey of its users. The results:

• Retail clinics are on the rise and commercial office space close to hospitals is retaining its value

• Medical providers, especially surgeons, overwhelmingly stated they would prefer to rent an office near a hospital and not waste time commuting
