EIR Healthcare Brings on Modular Construction Expert To Help Bring the 'Hospital of the Future' To Life

EIR Healthcare, a healthcare innovation company focused on bringing efficient industrial practices to the healthcare sector, today announced Greg Sloditskie as its modular construction lead and expert. Greg will be joining EIR's engineering team as the liaison working between architects, code enforcement agencies, construction companies and real estate developers. With Greg's help, EIR Healthcare will be able to streamline all partners in the production process in order to realize the company's vision for hospitals built through modular construction methods.

Greg began working in the prefabricated construction industry in the mid-80s. Although most of his experience has been in the modular sector, he has also worked in the panelized and mobile fields.

"EIR Healthcare is introducing an entirely new method of design and construction to the healthcare industry – my job will be ensuring we're clearly articulating to and managing all of the moving parts, like construction and architecture partners," says Greg Sloditskie, Head of Modular Construction for EIR Healthcare. "I'm really excited to bring in something brand new to this industry to solve a real-world problem – the slow-going process of building hospitals."

Sloditskie will be joining EIR Healthcare's team effective immediately supporting finalizing manufacturing processes, alignment with production partners, and management of engineering functions alongside Chief Operations Officer, Patrick Fenningham.

"Greg has an immense amount of experience in the relatively new sector of modular construction, which makes him absolutely essential at this juncture in EIR's life cycle," said Grant Geiger, Founder and CEO, EIR Healthcare. "I'm incredibly excited to have him on the team, and I am sure our architecture, construction and real estate partners will be too."

EIR Healthcare aims to bring its first modularly-built hospital project to fruition starting in 2018. For more information, visit www.eirhealthcare.com.
