A white paper, available through the Healthcare Design website, discusses the lifecycle impact of products and how Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and Health Product Declarations (HPDs) will shape the next generation of sustainable design. According to the In Pro Corporation white paper, the field of sustainable design and construction has evolved from tallies of recycled content and certified wood products to looking at the products’ impact on the health of the planet and its occupants.
