Then a multidisciplinary team should be assembled to handle the different functional aspects of the system. 

Careful planning of a signage system can make it a seamless part of an organization’s interior design and wayfinding system, the article said. Placement in easily accessible locations will increase user interactions. Purposeful placement in natural pause-point areas, such as near elevators, will increase the impact of digital signage.
