Incidents forced an evacuation of the building
A possible chemical spill at a Malden (Mass.) healthcare facility sent 17 people to area hospitals recently, according to an article on the CBS Boston website.
Employees on the third, fourth and fifth floors of the Hallmark Health Center were having respiratory issues and nausea, forcing the evacuation of the building.
A hazmat team checked all the floors and the roof.
A small amount of formaldehyde was found, but it's still unclear if that was the cause of the problems.
