Amerlux introduces Curvano Linear LED luminaires for architectural spaces

Created in a soft curved profile that works well with most architecturalspaces, Amerlux introduces Curvano Linear Direct LED with a minimalist styledform factor for a wide range of commercial, retail and supermarketenvironments. Utilizing an integral driver, the Amerlux Curvano is engineered withan innovative LED board to increase overall efficiencies including superiorperformance, efficacies and symmetrical and asymmetrical optics.

"Raising theaesthetic and illumination levels of traditional commercial areas to newheights, the attractive Curvano offers high output, controlled optics andlegendary efficiency,” said Amerlux CEO and President Chuck Campagna. “It deliversexactly the right light for any commercial space.”

Curvano is a direct ambientlighting fixture that provides optimal performance in a slim, soft edged profilefor all design applications. The LED luminaire is available in 5-watt or10-watt per foot models that deliver up to 100 lumens per watt in standardindividual units of 4-foot or 8-foot lengths, or in linear run lengths. With0-10V dimming as a standard, Curvano is also offered with DALI and LutronHi-lume and EcoSystem systems as requested. In addition, the fixture isequipped with a standard programmable driver that can be modified withcustomized wattages to meet the most demanding energy code specifications.

Constructedwith a one-piece extruded aluminum housing, Curvano features internal componentsthat are die-formed galvanized, cold-rolled steel.

Superior opticsare ensured by a high reflectance reflector, which is die-formed and powdercoated in white, with a flush mounted snap-in lens crafted of 100 percentacrylic. The acrylic is custom formulated for lamp image diffusion and maximumlight transmission.

Thefixture is available with proprietary Batwing optics or symmetricaldistribution, Curvano can besuspended using aircraft cable and continuously row-mounted for largerluminaire runs, arrays and patterns.

Theelectronic multi-volt fixture operates on a power supply with universal voltage(120v-277v) and a constant current driver. The fixtures are dimmable on 0-10Vsystems for increased energy savings.
