Cardinal Hires New Vice President of Sales and Marketing


Cardinal, a leader in premium shower enclosures, commercial glazing, and artisan glass products, has officially announced the hiring of Diego Rodriguez as the company’s new vice president of sales and marketing. Mr. Rodriguez has a proven track record for serving a broad customer base, and helping brands effectively enhance company performance and build product value.

Rodriguez joins Cardinal after serving as the vice president and general manager of the Latin America division of Lixil Water Technology, the parent company of American Standard and Grohe bath and plumbing products. Prior to that, he served as the vice president of business development and vice president of sales for Grohe America. During that time, Rodriguez was actively involved in the management of distributor channels and was also responsible for growing the company’s influence in hospitality and architectural spaces. His experience and extensive industry background will work to strengthen and support Cardinal’s marketing and sales efforts for its wide range of product offerings.

Rodriguez holds an MBA from Instituto Centroamericano De Administracion De Empresas (INCAE) in Costa Rica, with a concentration in marketing and operations. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Universidad Internacional De Las Americas in Costa Rica, with a concentration in marketing.
