Compact, Powerful Model DRZ with Quick-Grip Chuck Offers Maintenance Pros Quick, Clean, Quiet Drain Cleaning

The new Model DRZ economical power drain cleaner from General Pipe Cleaners quickly and cleanly clears clogs from 1-1/4" to 3" sink, tub and laundry lines.

Fast and easy to use, it’s perfect for maintenance pros. The patented Quick-Grip™ chuck lets you quickly grip or release the cable with just a quarter turn. Three chuck jaws securely hold 1/4", 5/16" and 3/8" Flexicore® cable for a wide range of small-line jobs.

No need to wear-out your arms holding a heavy machine over the drain or under the sink. Light and powerful for its size, the compact design of the Model DRZ lets you operate the machine horizontally on the kitchen counter – or vertically on the floor next to the bathtub. Use the pneumatic pedal to keep your hands free to control the feed and guide hose.

The tough impact-resistant plastic drum carries up to 50' of 1/4" or 5/16", or 35' of 3/8" Flexicore® wire rope center cable. Transport the lightweight machine to and from jobs with its convenient carrying handle. And the silent motor won't disturb others.

General also offers the new Model DRZ-PH with a variable speed power cable feed for optimal feeding and retrieving at up to 16 feet per minute. The 4-foot guide tube means you never have to touch the cable. So your hands – and the jobsite – stay clean.

The rust-resistant aluminum drum on the Model DRZ-PH includes General’s quick-change cartridge system to easily switch between different diameter cables without pulling messy cables from the drum.

Flexicore® cables are made of heavy gauge wire tightly coiled around 49-strand aircraft-type wire rope and heat-treated. The industry standard for drain cleaning snakes, Flexicore cables offer unequalled strength – and the right amount of flexibility.
