Appointments can be booked the mobile app, website or telephone. The services matches the available providers with the desired appointment time.
The healthcare professionals are part-time employees working full-time in other emergency rooms in the area. The service has a mobile clinic (a commercial minivan) that has all the equipment of an urgent care facility.
The services was originally launched to fouc on individual consumers, but is adding a subscription-based model for small and medium sized businesses.
