The 170,000-square-foot healthcare facility in Omaha, Neb., was built with input from 150 medical and administrative personnel at Nebraska Medicine’s outpatient facilities.
DuClinical teams created mock-up exam and operating rooms and studied patient flows.
The design features natural light with fritted windows and sunscreens that moderate heat load while brightening waiting areas and public spaces.
