DWM Facilities Maintenance launches cross-functional client solutions team


DWM Facilities Maintenance unveiled a cross-functional client solutions team, reaffirming the company’s dedication to capturing efficiencies. Linda Avramidis and Allie Meleco, full-time client service coordinators at DWM are linking departmental knowledge in a cross-functional effort to extract all potential efficiencies and cost controls for facilities maintenance professionals.

“Our competitive advantage is providing customized and innovative solutions. We believe our ability to experiment new opportunities and processes will lead to the next breakthrough idea that will benefit the industry.” said Joe Fairley, Director of Client Solutions at DWM. “DWM’s cross-functional team will examine the factors that contribute to facilities maintenance success and extrapolate them into solutions for clients in the retail, restaurant, convenience, and grocery industries.”

The recognition of changing industry needs coupled with individuals who have shown aptitude for advancing the industry sparked the creation of the new solutions-based cross-functional team.
