In a blog on the Healthcare Design website, designer Amy Griffin said healthcare designers can significantly improve the caregiver experience and their safety by creatiing a supportive work environment that can impact well-being, productivity and satisfaction. In her blog, Griffin discussed research that explored how architecture, lighting, color, artwork, nature and water impact caregivers. The results included ideas that could have a positive effect on caregivers’ experiences.
